Dry now but overcast after rain in the early hours, lowest T now at 4.6C; rainfall showing 4.0mm

some snow showing on Cat and Fiddle web cam also on Chesterfield one.

A cloudy night, dry at first but with moderate rain arriving by 2300 and continuing for the rest of the night. The rain became light by 0815 and has died out in the last few minutes.

Cloudy and mild overnight. No change so far this morning. Some weak watery sunny/bright spells, for a time through the morning, turning overcast by afternoon as the cloud thickened, staying dry. Breezy, mild according to the thermometer, though feeling distinctly chilly in the fresh SE wind. Humidity down to around 33% through the afternoon.

Patchy light rain cleared by around 10am, then dry with steadily increasing sunshine.  Still mild, but no doubt our last mild day for a while.  Maximum 11.9, minimum 8.0.  Wind light E.

The overnight rain cleared by about 0900 and the rest of the day was dry and mainly cloudy, just a few short sunny intervals by mid-afternoon.
