Been a lovely sunny day here today, a high of 8.3, but felt chilly in the shade and wind.

One of these beasts V2 bomb has been discovered in a building site in Bermondsey over 1,000 evacuated and absolute carnage on the roads. It may be 70 years old but you cannot take any chances, with these weapons of destruction. Who knows which still remains underground could be a minefield, with us oblivious.

Haven't been watching the news, I hope they disarmed this with no problems. Cloudy morning, ground looks dry so I'm not sure if there was any rain over night. Temp 5.6. The wind is chilly.

No T&L but we had a hefty shower of graupel here earlier - exploded on impact with the ground so was quite exciting while it lasted !

Cleared up now, cloudscape looks quite interesting. Temp 11.4 which is the high so far today, so may be scrape a little higher.

hmm, looking at the netweather radar there was apparently a wintry mix over Norfolk for a time. So you may be right there.

Quite a squall went through here around 1pm the wind got up to quite a gale blowing bins down the street had some heavy rain followed by hail and some sleety stuff. It has been a nice afternoon since

Decent afternoon with increasing amounts of sunshine. A high of 12C, but some places in the far south reached the mid-teens.Surprising given last 12 hours earlier some places were seeing snow at low levels.
