Intermittent rain yesterday evening cleared by 1930 and the rest of the night was dry with long clear periods.

A clear start to this morning but in the last hour a veil of Cs and Ci has spread across the sky from the west.

 

At 0900.

A few showers last night gave way to clear spells through the early hours with widespread frost developing. This morning has seen high level cloud increasing partially hiding the sun.

Maximum temperature to 18:00 GMT yesterday: 7.6°C

Minimum temperature overnight -0.6°C

24-hour maximum 7.6°C

24-hour minimum: -0.6°C

Minimum temperature on grass: -4.0°C

Maximum wind gust: (Midnight to Midnight) 20.6mph SW

Rainfall total: 6.7mm

Dry and cloudy, with occasional brighter intervals.  Maximum 7.6, minimum 3.1.  Wind light N.

 

Yesterday, dry start with sunny intervals, persistent rain from late morning until after dark.  Maximum 8.4, minimum 5.8.  Wind moderate SW.
