8.0C, very warm from around 8th, with S/SW dominating winds, average start with maxes around 8C

I'll go for 6.6 degrees, another very average month. A chilly start then either a notable cold period or something slightly above average. Perhaps something drier and milder for the end of the month helping to balance out colder conditions during first half.

 

There is a chance of something significantly colder if we get a cold continental feed early in the month..

 

A more settled month overall than recent ones.

Wrong already next week is below average, guess you don't know mins contribute to the CET. :rofl:

 

Eug, of course i do, otherwise I would have gone for higher than 8C! starting 7th, maxes could be around 16C for cet area, mins around 6-7

A guess of 6.7*C, please. Not really feeling particularly confident of a particularly cold or snowy spell developing (though, off course, I could easily be wrong). March does look as though it could start on a cool/cold note for places as models show some pretty potent Polar Maritime incursions next week with a wintry mix of rain/hail/sleet and snow showers for places.

Well here we are another dire winter comes to an end lets hope spring gives us the warmth and sun. March may coming in like a lion but i can't see any significant cold waighting to enter our shaws. For march 6.5C for me plz thx.

It will be interesting to see where we end up with regards to the rolling CET after the 5th given the array of outcome that a March high can provide.
