In my view, at least this year has been better than last year for snow. It has at least snowed on more than 5 days already with 1 day of laying snow,.

 

O.k. not great but could be worse.  Looks like south kent coast is getting a mini streamer now, with a smaller effort heading the way of Canterbury.

 

Still Winter not over yet and plenty more potentially snowy months to come.

 

Anyway on another note a lot of Brits 100 + have got stuck in snow in Spain after getting off the Santander ferry and trying to drive South , not realising N. Spain is having one of it's snowiest years on record. A good report on that on the BBC website on the most watched.

It went extremely dark around 5pm unfortunately I was occupied! -10c 850s might be the reason for more potent, showers... Having looked at radar dissapointing although pressure is building, it is to be expect.

BBC weather just said as much about the snow showers. Dying out soon. But might be the odd one here and there till the early hours in Kent. Dreams of a streamer have been well and truly dashed.

 

Be nice to do something different tomorrow rather than continuously looking at the radar lol

You could tell by not only the sat pic but also the decaying intensity of the showers that they were dieing

that could have been the last snow flakes I saw as I come up to the M25 / M20 exit.
