Snowing here. Not going to last long though. Looks like we might be slipping through a gap of rather lighter snow too...

Not still snowing in Hawkhurst is it?

I have tried to look it up but still don't understand, can someone explain a Thames streamer in dummy language and what to look for?

Thanks

Was snowing heavily now. So nice, had forgotten how wonderful it is.

Was settling. However, has just dropped off very suddenly, even though hills around are still invisible. Think we're slipping through a gap as predicted.

Whereabouts are you? I'm in speldhurst and no snow here yet.... But very dark skies so I'm hopeful that it's about to start!

I love the people who go on about snow shields and gaps in the showers. By their nature, showers have gaps. Lol.

Almost stopped already. Genuinely about 5 minutes and still nearly gave a covering. Just goes to show how far a few good showers can go. Ie, a streamer...

Looking very quiet out to sea right now sadly.

Ha, yes, but sometimes you have a long stream of good showers that slides across you, but you end up slipping through one of the narrow bits where the intensity is lower.

Im 10 mins south of Tunbridge Wells. Looks like you might slip through a gap too, but it should snow at least a bit for you any time now.

I can see snow falling across the river but not a flake here, slowly moving towards me, amazing to see!

Flakes falling in Lordswood/Walderslade I can confirm, not a lot at the moment though
