Current temperate: 3.1

Dew point: 0.5c

Wind: 86 degrees East

If we could keep this easterly wind for this evening and temperatures keep dropping like they are, with the showers beefing up of the coast we could be in for a bit of surprise this evening / tonight  :pardon: Fingers crossed my fellow South Easties  :)

We can but hope....

I am praying to the snow gods for a streamer.

Showers look to be getting heavier. Buienradar showing some good activity out to sea.

Looks like the eastern half of Kent's getting a right clobbering and some beefy showers grazing the Essex and Suffolk coasts too London bound.

You can add coastal Norfolk to that list, looks like a heavy snow shower up there currently.

Hopefully this can build further into the evening and hopefully deliver at least a dusting for some.

My eyes firmly on that big shower near Ipswich at the moment.

Shower just clipping me now giving fine snow grains blowing about in the wind. Nothing too exciting. If I was under it may have been nice! Also noticed beeb have put light snow showers back up for between 6 and 8pm. I'm not greedy and that will do nicely if it happens. Didn't think Suffolk was going to be involved today though. Is it the change in the wind direction helping out? :)

London area out the equation tonight I think

Hope I'm really wrong though

Just to far north and west

Good luck to all you in Kent

At least someone in the South East might make something out of this pony cold spell

Don't see it happening for Medway tonight. Been a decent spell though, several snowfalls and a shot period with a crust lying.

Looking dark again way out to my NW in the Chatham/Gillingham direction, would imagine it's over in Essex

There's some pretty hefty tops out the office window this afternoon, very bubbly...

Whether we'll see any snow this far into the city, I'd be very surprised.

Heavy Snow here now!

That heavier snow shower around the Clacton-On-sea area could have our name written all over it ?

Can see the wind kicking a change now, what I can see to my NW is actually now moving away down to my SW

So my view point of interest will now switch to my NE
