Showers moving in a more easterly matter.. Also pepping up a bit

Just south of herne bay, slightly higher up... I could see HERNE vanish with hail coming down in waves, then it hit, then you couldn't see down the road and then thunder high up

Aaah that explains it..hopefully it will be heading up this way rather than disappear out to sea.

Yep, really pretty as well... Look straight up and just see the sky full of snow flakes! This is our winter, cold air and north east winds. I've always said north westerlies and northerlies are really naff for the SE

Temp still dropping 2.7c at mo from 5.2c,and can see showers upwind off the coast from here now,some where in east essex, kent and sussex going to get lucky in next 12hours think

The Shower that just Clobbered Southend looks like it has Gillinghams name on it next, might just pass to the West of Maidstone though, then onto Tunbridge Wells!

Yep its nice to see all that energy out in the snow machine (north sea) and as you say if this can keep up, get stronger then some places could luck out if a train of these sets - up

 

Wind back to North Easterly here now and temp down to 4.1c now from a high of 8.1c two hours ago, Dp now down to 0.0c
