Amazing. I am just 8 miles from the city center and all I have is a slushy dusting of sleet. At least I saw it come down proper this morning and broke my snow hoodoo so not too upset.

Nothing here as usual, we've had about 10 minutes of snow and wet snow at that throughout the whole of last night and tonight. I can hear the tumbleweed outside.

That second band catching up now with the band that has just cleared the east of the region - trying to work out if its going to turn west to east running from Lancaster down to Stafford or thereabouts - Looks to be some heavy ppn there if it can make it !! Very light almost snowdust here now as my daughter would call it  :)
