The highest minimum of the year so far last night was followed by the highest maximum today. 17.9c was reached during the afternoon, 0.4c higher than April 10th, and this despite a strong SW wind which was gusting over 40 mph at times.

A bit of a one off yesterday feeling luke warm only as it was windy.

Rain overnight here, so I'm glad I cut the longer grass yesterday afternoon. Currently breezy with sunny spells, just the odd spitty shower thrown in, 11.5C. Most showers seemed to have passed through now.

Looks showery next week and temps will respond in any sunny breaks, low teens is perfectly fine to most people.

Bit of a shock to the system today. After yesterday's wonderful weather, it's cold, grey and wet, 8.0C.

Nothing to say really, 9c and damp, atrocious outlook out to 384hrs, atrocious cloudzilla 10-12c weekend as usual, atrocious cold and showery for my week off next week with atrocious weather spreading right into Europe so plans to book a last minute trip and fly out to Spain seem pointless now.

Rant over  :nonono:

Best of luck with the snow BigStorm, when you get lucky down there, you could be in for a treat. I will miss your snow reports

Meanwhile it's breezy, dry and bright here this morning, 10.2C.

Despite the rather unpromising forecast, it has actually been a very pleasant day. Top temp of 14.6C and no where near as windy as predicted.

Swear every Sunday this Spring has been exactly the same now, despite a crystal clear night cloudzilla was back by 8am.

Same here. Gorgeous day yesterday, albeit a bit windy! But Sundays seem without exception at the moment  to be turning out cool, windy, cloudy and basically...dull! It's strange!

Wet, still and mild 8.3C. Looks like plenty more rain to come judging by the radar.
