Rain here with the odd flake of snow thrown in, nothing much to get excited about. Story of our lives in Shropshire!!

Could be interesting come Monday evening/Tuesday morning, in looking at the latest fax charts

with plenty of cold air in place that band coming down from the northwest will be very wintry :D

plenty snow here now, roads on tops starting to become tricky.

snow settling here at 180mtrs on the tops 300m plus getting nasty now.

no gritting, no salt so roads are slippy.

temps started of at 4c now down to 1.5c

DWW,

Was out walking in Elmdon Park over lunch. Ended up very wet!

On getting back in the car, what was falling was very blobby sleet on the windscreen. Infact did see a couple of flakes in the really heavy stuff at 13:15.

Temp  at 3.3C here now and rising verly slowly. Wind getting gusty, I am seeing gusts of 15Kmh now..

Still raining.  dp 1.6C and wind chill is at 0.6C so quite a cold walk!! Clothes all hanging over radiators to dry out.

MIA

Edit  Looks as if higher parts of the region will get plastered as its still showing as sleety on my windows.

It's been snowing steadily for a couple of hours here and there's between 3 and 4cm on the ground; it's even covered the roads.

Temperature is 0.1c.
