I think those going round in circles dissecting forecasts from different forecasters (or the same ones at different times) are just going to tie themselves in knots here. You're in the SE of England,

yeah she just text me the same-

Just had a peak at the 18z UKMO (meso) and it shows the centre of the small low moving SE across the Midlands around 3am then across SE England around 6am, sleet/snow showers swirling around this low

well I can still see snow on my neighbors roof across the road, it's too cold and i'm too cosey laying in my bed to get up and look out of the window, although the snow is melting slowly off the roof. so the roof will be my guide to whether it's raining or snowing outside :-)

This is the second time we have had snow laying this winter, the last cold spell this January was the first time my 3 year old had seen snow and we found a sweet spot up on the downs with about an inch and a half and she sledged for the first time in her life! So I feel happy this Winter that finally my 3 year old believes in SNOW!!

At last, after almost 2 years, finally seeing snow falling in south London, shame it's struggling to settle but nice to see again.

Dew points around 0c in the SE ATM but rising to 1c Midlands north, so next batch coming down probably more a wintry mix by time it reaches here and temps rise too.
