Morning all, heavy snow here for a couple of hours. Settling on most things including the roads (that I can see). It is wet snow though, its not going to stick around for long..

The Weather Rules are in chaos this morning!!

Precipitation coming down from the north and only places SOUTH of the M4 seem to be getting the snow!!

Moderate snow. Won't settle but great to see.

When I looked out of the window at about 0500 hours we had a layer of snow, probably about 1 or 2 centimetres deep but now it's melting and a good portion of it has disappeared :(

Looking at the webcam for the London Gliding Club at Dunstable they have a nice covering of snow, say about 2 centimetres - there may not be any flying today - don't know whether to laugh or cry :):(

It is so typical I set my alarm for 7am but my tiredness overcome me, then I'm hearing reports of a good snowfall, nothing accumulative, Oh well.

the latest on my met office app gives heavy rain shower for norwich Sunday, but still a yellow warning for snow puzzled

I've heard that the BBC app doesn't use that good a quality data so take what it says with a pinch of salt - I've had lovely sunny days when the app was saying I should be building an ark and ordering animals into it two by two!

PPN passed either side of here in this mornings band. This afternoon say 1pm ish looks like another will pass through. No guarantee it will be snow. Possibly a mix.

Still snow on ground here. It's clearly waiting for more to join it.

Had a nice amount here...until about 7 when it turned to rain! Left with the sorry remains now, anyway still very glad it snowed.

Woke up to some surprise moderate snowfall here, left a dusting which was rather pleasant. Only the second snow shower we have had so far in this cold spell. Hopeful for some more surprises in the next couple of days with a more northerly component! Does anyone know if that trough down the spine of the country is meant to move any further east today?

Still snowing here, looks like lots of dark clouds still about, any idea when this is due to clear?
