Edit: Heavy rain / sleey mix now.

Those showers are passing through very quickly. Can't see any showers behind the main band. That could be it. 10 mins of rain lol. Looks dry for everyone shortly I think?

Really dark now in Gorleston and snowing heavily - starting to settle and turn everything white.

Unfortunaely is looks like at home in mid-suffolk it's missing all the showers!

That's because rain is the forecast.

Temps are currently way too high.

Not north of London it isn't! :nonono:

Light snow now, rate of melt seems = rate of accumulation, so amount staying just over 1 cm.

Snow is specific to certain areas that are in the colder air. Seems that south of London is still rain. But still got that band to come that's north of London.

Hoping that lot that's running from Bicester eastwards manages to clip West London - looking good for those North and North East of London and beyond.

Snow here briefly, 25 mins ago. still have a light covering on grass and shed. I didn't think it would be cold enough to settle.

Been a damn good while since I've seen over 312 users in here. :)

Rain generally turned sleety in the heavier bursts - I'm much more intrigued for later.

Just chucked it down with hail before heavy snow, and now it's just a flurry, but wow that exciting we have a cm or two already on some surfaces and it was just 5 minutes. Everyone from the met department here's gone bonkers.
