Still no sign of anything wintry in my local BBC forecast. Gives a high of 7 and min of 5 with rain showers,on Thurs.

Think it might take time for the really cold air to reach this far south, more interested in next weekend for any sign of the white stuff.

Can do well in these set ups. Wishbone effect works well here, dangler's and all that.

I agree Cornish snow! Our best chance for anything white would be on or just after the weekend but hey it's better than last year .

Hope you are well.

Very much so, a wintry scene I once saw in a photo of Newquay beach covered in snow was from a northerly setup, can't remember what year it was though.

Well the cold spell is now a cooler spell with wintry showers.

Surprise, surprise.

It's certainly been a period of the models playing "Tease the model watchers" with great charts showing for a couple of days one week hence, and then slowly downgrading as the time nears.

It pains me that someone from the lizard has seen some snow before me this year :nonono:

Slowly but surely edging to the 2 years without snow mark!

Still PLENTY of time to downgrade this one.

Heading wildly for double digits this morning...
