Surely you can get your post limit rescinded by now??

Not sure who I need to ask about it. Find it harsh that its gone on for years.

I've asked the question, Jay. Now back to discussing future events revolving around snow and rain and that weather stuff.

That forecast was rubbish for snow!!

Had me running around the room like a loon! Anything for just a sniff of the white stuff!

My forecast covers Devon and Cornwall. That's properly why it wasn't so exciting!

I thought it looked quite promising. The sort of set up where some people could see nothing whilst others, especially with a bit of height, could see a fair bit piling up.

Can't post a link currently but from heavy snow all tomorrow night this area has been downgraded to a night of sleet. Yo yo stuff though!

Plenty of heavy snow showers piling through the region. Even if it's short lived (which I guess it will be seeing as what's going on on Wednesday/Thursday) it's the best chance I've seen around here for many months!

Yes BB - For *that* particular forecast we are. We all know what can happen, though! Check it out on the Facebook page as lfcdude pointed out:

 Could be a lot of places see at least *something* even if it's just falling from the sky between rain / sleet. I know we can't get a handle on it from these ppn charts at this range but everyone in the region has a bit of hope to cling to here. (Even through South Devon, Dorset and almost as far as IOW according to that forecast). Higher ground is the obvious favourite though, wherever you are.

Happy New Year all.

Are all the old gang back? :D

Has anyone mentioned M4 corridor yet?  :ninja:

You jinxed it!!!  :rofl::diablo:

BBC News 24 forecast just now showed snow for tom eve to the north of our region into the south midlands.

No snow graphic for down here.

I think it was an uptodate forecast as well.
