I'm not so sure as it looks like the front is breaking up and decaying, I think we'll see light sleet/snow at best.

I know im being thick but I can get my head round the wind direction, Im under a clear spot but the convection doesn't seem to be just moving NW. or is that because ive been refreshing every 15 minutes all day.

Strange looking at the radar we should have had a few heftiest showers over last hour and half, yet we have had nothing.

All warnings seem to have evapurated like the snow. We had hail here in st Helens and its cold. I just wish we have a decent snowy period. I even bought a sledge this year in hoping.

Light Snow here for the last 20 mins, stopped now, *very* slight dusting, Looking at the radar it looks like the North sea is doing a decent job of feeding in some tasty looking showers, also looks like the wind is now from a NNWly direction rather than just westerly.
