Yeah plenty out there but, as is usual hit or miss though.

not sure about the coast but we are about 30-35 miles inland and we had thunder snow earlier this morning but everything since 8.30am has been sleet/rain/hail.

I'd say mostly a wintry mix, it's still not all that warm on the coasts. More than likely will be rain further on in the day though. I shall be looking ahead to Tuesday when we hit the reliable time frame of 12hrs before

I think that's it for me today. The temperature has risen to 2C and the showers are turning increasingly sleety.

 

Don't be silly, ground & upper temps are getting colder by the hour. Tonight looks interesting.

Minimum of 2C overnight, and a dewpoint of 0.5C minimum, so it would have fell as rain, sleet overnight, even if we had received showers. 

 

In the meantime, there are lots of large shower cloud skirting to the north towards western Liverpool, Southport, Formby etc.

Been dry all morning, no need to de ice the car balmy 3 degrees and I'm miles away from the coast with decent elevation!

Yes, Monday looks like being the coldest day, Sunday night looks like being the colder night down to -5 quite widely.

Wintry mix here, which bodes well for further inland areas.   Temp would have to drop alot for here though

Snowing again seems be a mix -the heavier PPN is snow, but I don't think it will stick after the snow melt

about 2 miles from Middleton, My Dad was in Hyde last night and he didn't really see any snow and when he came to mine there was snow very strange.

Had a couple of mms of snow looking like polystyreine over night, with the occasional shower adding to it. Temp currently +2C

Yeah for some reason the snow showers miss here, but when it it's rain I tend to get it!
