I remember the slider 2 yrs ago that halted around Wigan even though Chorley was under an orange met office warning :( At least we're in the game next week. Coastal areas still prob not cold enough.

I'm off to Rawtenstall for a walk tomoz anyone on here from around that area? Any snow?

plenty of snow, a couple of inches in the towns but more on the moors.

Final act for me tonight, I'm on the northern edge of this last band of showers, should get another 40mins or so from it, longer for places south.  After that it's isolated showers dying back overnight.
