It's very becalming watching falling snow with virtually no wind

Roads are starting to look treacherous

One thing I always enjoy, it's almost mesmerising, when there's not a breath of wind.

Uppers of -7C and sub-zero dewpoints and it's rain all the way.

Left Manchester and it was raining at 6 degrees got home and it's 1 degrees with light snow. Don't know how long this will last, feeling hopeful.

Something seriously not right if that's the case

Agreed.according to the radar I should be now hammered, yet nothing falling.

Yet member to my East under what looks like lighter precip are reporting heavy snow ?

Either the radar is playing up or someone is fibbing lol

The showers here seems to coming from the west rather than the NNW. Strange.

Edit: Heavy Snow here.

yes someone asked earlier what the weather was like in the Blackpool/ Preston area under the blobs with the heavier echoes on radar, there was nothing, then light sleet/hail, I've read a few reports that people should be receiving ppn looking at the radar, and they had nothing.
