Nothing falling here, the wind's getting up.  Temp rose through the evening to 2.7 at 23.00, now dropped to 2.5.

Low last night was -5.2.  The gritter went through shortly before 18.00 but it's been steadily warming up since then.

Last note before bed....just had a ciggie and came back to find that the sleet shown on NW radar over London/Essex borders has just switched to snow....

Still nothing falling here, but an indication that things might be swinging the right side of marginal.

Just need the damn precipitation now!  Good luck all, and i'll wait to see if anything occurred overnight :)

Well done, you may join the Legrandefromage (and me, and many others) club of getting somewhat toasted whilst waiting for weather. LGF had a small (!) incident with late night gardening in unsuitable clothing. Not me. Never. Cheers! :drinks:
