Am in Wiltshire today where it's a balmy 4° and there's all this liquid wet stuff falling from the sky. Going to complain to the manager as this is definitely not what I ordered.

Further light flurries in South a Benfleet, horrible cold, grey and damp day though. Give me a clear frosty morning any day

That depends where you are, there's a band of sleet/snow mix approaching SE London right now, although very light, no accumulation possible but you may see some flakes :)

Many thanks :0) am around catford sort of area so fingers crossed x

Back from driving my girlfriend to Billericay, a horrendous drive with both the A12 and A130 closed in at least one direction due to accidents. The snow has melted mostly but still outbreaks of light to moderate sleet/wet snow.

Rather bleak day, but it seems like many in the east have managed to see falling snow today which is something at least.

yesterday was predicted those south of london town rain, all those north, a chance of snow (roughly speaking)

Looks like it is drying up from the south now. Suffolk and Norfolk could do very well as the precipitation is looking moderate to heavy in places and generally merging into a prolonged period of wintry precipitation.

Not sure what will happen down here now. If the wind is dry enough then we might start to see the sun come out. Or it may just stay grey and murky until Friday.

The mod thread is trying to tell me temps on the south coast are high now and will drop under the high later and tomorrow, it's only 1.5 lol.

Been bone dry here, never saw even one flake. A mate up the road just called to ask me where's the snow that I was going on about?...I will never learn to keep my mouth shut up the pub!

Anyone know when the next "risk of a chance, of a marginal on off, slim percentage of joy" is ?

January 10th 2016, the models are just firming up on the details. ;)

Regarding that picture................I may have been slightly, extremely economical with the truth :whistling:  I may have allegedly nicked it off the net. :vava:
