Nocturnal cooling is kicking in reports of sleet from the South East this bodes well for later on. :D

yeha but it will be 7 degrees tonight :/  Is this likely to change?

However we will see some snow early morning according to bbc weather report.

Purely observational, but this is quite fun for seeing where people are reporting snow. http://uksnowmap.com/

lol.....I think quite a few people in hampshire and sussex are either 1) drunk  2) smoking jamaican woodbines or 3) economic with the truth judging by the 'snow' reports down there!

RAMBLINGS from downtown L.A. Littlehampton West Sussex.

Living on the South coast, with a few glasses of Pouilly Fume, have booked Taxi to Ditchling Beacon, a good chance of snow early tomorrow.

When was the last time we had a real channel low?

best wishes

The BBC forecasts I saw earlier/last night showed a line of showers travelling down the country through tomorrow, eventually reaching the SE in the evening. This may have changed though.

Hey guys! I live on South coast,  haven't seen a flake of snow in years (literally),  is it worth driving over 100 miles to the midlands (an back) to see the elusive snow?

My advice now would be a YES!!

Are you expecting anything in Peterborough?

The way things are going, with nocturnal cooling and evaporative cooling enhanced by this, I'd say there's a decent chance. We'll see.
