Can you forecast UK/Eire White Christmas?

Easy they'll be no observed snow falling at any of them

I suppose only a trace amount would qualify, that makes it difficult to be sure as small-duration showers may form near coasts and then drift around rather erratically. Even so, I would go with no snow for all of the listed sites but it will seem to be a white Christmas because of thick hoar frost in some places.

 

Where I might look for snow during the 24 hours of Christmas Day would be over hills in Donegal and Derry, Lake District and western Scotland. A bit of snow in the Dunshane Pass if I'm recalling the name correctly.

 

(just to clarify, I meant no snow at all ten of the contest sites listed)
