Nice looking streamer setting up just started to stick then the snow stopped,more snow to come.Proves a point snow often  a sudden radar watch event,West Wales should get a covering early evening.

It has now turned to light rain here which is disappointing. It sums up this cold spell!

I'm sorry , I jinxed it by mentioning the met office warning .

Green means - Go

Yellow means - won't happen

Amber means - will happen

Red means - someone in the met office who had no outside world experience couldn't resist pressing the big red button .

It's been one of those cold spells! However, it looks like areas further west of here may do better.

Good dangler setting up now for Pembrokeshire area, wish i was at home. Dry cloudy and cold in Cardiff.

When i was in Pembrokeshire, it snowed in Cardiff a lot. Now i am in Cardiff, it is currently snowing at home in Pembrokeshire. Sods law.

Temperature falling sharply again despite the low cloud here. Shame there is no precipitation about further east. Still much prefer this weather to the endless days of rain like we had last winter. Cold and crisp. Hopefully now we have the cold, a surprise occurs :)

Snow shower this afternoon in Tenby and a few big, fat wet flakes now! 2.5c 

 

Plenty of stuff heading this way, too!

Well the mod thread says drier this week,that's got to mean its gonna snow! After 'the snow' last week,oh no there was none! It's got to be the opposite!

 

Indeed winter is over. :crazy:

 

Seriously though it is looking drier this week, and I can share the frustration that you expressed yesterday.

 

A few showers in town this morning / lunchtime, again with some snow.

 

Apparently a big flakes of snow up here at the same time, but this is continuing to only give temporary accumulations.

 

Temps here now only just above freezing.

A nice covering when I got home from work. A good inch or even two!

That and a bit more judging by the pics I've seen from North Pembs.

Showers seem to have lightened now. The moon is just behind some very thin cloud.

Temp: -0.6°C

DP: -1.4°C.

Drier but colder this week. No complaints about the cold now..!

Maybe something for the east and southeast of Wales coming towards us? If it holds it's intensity should give a dusting.

 

I do hope it has the legs to reach us. A dusting would do me for now. :)

We should get a dusting at least, its intensifying too!

im hopeful but expecting it to die out almost completely time it reaches here.

Don't worry mate, I'm sure we'll see something - it keeps pepping up, even if we see some snow falling it'll be a bonus!

Hopefully mate, not too sure, think the front of the band will start to die out as it reaches around Gloucester but we will see, hopefully not. Thursday looks the best chance of seeing some possible snow flurries here.
