0.4c and dew point -3 and oh my have we seen the radar to the south west, starting to intensify now, gonner be great in early hours could be an all nighter.

any more dew point charts mate!! If its snowing in brummy then that must be good news for us in leicester cos we are north east of brum!!

In which direction is the low pressure moving? I would think that's quite a key factor right now.

 

If it's moving southeast, we have a chance.

Its barely moved - perhaps edged a little east towards me thats all!

oh yes buddy... the snow is a little erratic at the moment but still got plenty more to come... ive got a couple of bottle of Vino so am set to sit this out till the early hours.....

there wasn't really any cold air, i mean no true northerly or beasterly, just a wet fart of cooler Atlantic airstream, dosen't do it for low levels

Mate who is a gritter sasid they had two reports one for snow 5\10cm tonight the other was for sleet.

About as useful as a nail in the but sack but I would take 5 cm now.

 

 

That would be the same report we all had from the Met Office
