Well I certainly hope to be a good omen! If me coming back means that the Midlands gets a dumping of snow, i'll be more than happy :D

The showers heading south are intensifying so someone could end up with a covering from it if its heavy enough. Should lower the temperature enough then.

Heavier blob approaching Wolverhampton could turn to snow.

First time today I've looked at the Radar, wasn't expecting a blob that size today.... Well you never know with Cannock seeming to be getting snow, finger-crossed :D

50p size flakes here if this stays for an hour or two should be an inch or two easy.

 

It should last around 15-30minutes at a guess. Unless it continues to expand and intensify

 We had half an hour here from the same cloud, would think you'd have similar.

Some sleet now amongst the rain. Temp dropped from 3 to 1.

Flakes really big now pleasant surprise , windscreens covering over and white slushy layer appearing on fields is it still snowing in Cannock chunky ?

Wake up Solihull N/w friends drizzle was reported in walsall now they have SNOW....... I HAVE DRIZZLE..... Hope to have (        ) in a bit  :D  :cold:  :cold:  :cold:
