I hope that they don't live up the Accu part of their name as snow restricted to highland Scotland will certainly feel like a kick in the sensitives for many on here.

That looks out of date already!

They have the low tracking further north than the latest models are indicating. Looks like Scotland will miss most of the preciptation associated with that low.

The way this low has been getting less and less will there be anything come Friday night?!

Christmas eve pub run.... Yes please.... 15-20cm snow....

Yeah we both look to be in the sweet spot for snow if that comes off.

It could get tricky on trans Pennine and other high level routes, although the pessimist, sorry realist in me says it will change closer to the time.

Radar showing a few showers starting to move in across the region.

Hopefully conditions will be on the right side of marginal and we can wake to a dusting of snow.

Weather warnings will move south.... Snow.... Xmas....woohoo.... Well boxing day evening

I hope your right about it moving south, only not to far.

Yes i want those down south to get snow but not at the expence of us and I have this horrible thought about it ending up in the Channel with everywhere north of Birmingham missing out.
