Yes pretty much the same here, wet slush, it's more of a sleety mix than the rain earlier - temps gone down to 3c.  Just had a lightning flash and thunder.

Raining here... Almost 950 feet above sea level.

Looks like egg on the chin for the MetO..

If they can't forecast tonight's weather correct, I'm certainly not going to take their winter forecast with a pinch of salt..

Lol just recovering from a positive cloud to ground lightning strike about 100 m away. What a beast of a shower. Amazing thunder as well. Gave another few rumbles as it passed away to the east.

Showers from cumbria slowly making way down....some very bright echos....1c and patchy snow cover.... 2-3cm where its drifted up the side of house and garage....hills are bright white from about 200-250m...
