This was Bologna, Italy yesterday.

:smiliz39: Holy onions Luton Weather, now that's what i call a snowfall, not the five minute wonder I had the other night. :nonono: It looks like we will be going back into 'forum killing' weather, from Thursday onwards, (mild atlantic crud). :smiliz19: Was nice to see all the' snow people' appear in the SE thread recently, lots of  members that i've never seen before! :w00t: Hope you all have reason to return soon! :w00t: Sunny here today and cold 5c! Part of the third sentence of this post doesn't sound right lol!

Another sunny, crisp winter day here. A few weeks of this would be great. Looking at the horrid GFS run it won't last, but hopefully that will change!

This was Bologna, Italy yesterday.

Seems everywhere in Europe got lots of the white stuff, reports from France, Benelux, Germany, Switzerland, Austria, The Balkans. Northern Italy did very well on the Whole with lots more snow to come mainly on the Eastern side of Italy this week.

Oh and just North of our region did well too, just us lot that missed out! Awwwww

Cold and frosty out there, just back from my local shop (zip has given out on my coat) and it is chuffing cold out there.

Getting colder and darker here all the time, just had some weird mini power cut, all the lights flickered for about 45 seconds and the alarm went off on southernman's oxygen machine, seems ok now.

Just stick the heater on for ten minutes, turning colder again here (frost never went in many places).

Drove back from Devon to East Sussex today. Saw a couple of cars "kissing" trees. I guess it was cold in the SE last night.

Got back to find Grandma Loo's boiler has packed up :(

GFS P 12z has a cheeky snow event for the South next Saturday

Agreement of a cold zonal set up for us down south bouts of rain not at all mild, disturbances or lows might provide some wintery opportunity like what occurred on Boxing Day. With a southerly trajectory...

The Model thread is unbearable at the moment with people calling winter over. Pathetic stuff. Definitely time to take a break from reading that thread and read some normal posts in here.
