Looking at the radar, there are some hefty showers pushing north at the moment from the channel.

Also I wouldn't want to be in north east Norfolk at the minute. Looks ghastly.

A very showery day here today, and not as mild as recently. Think it's more to do with lack of sun then anything else though.

Hi all, hope everyone having a nice weekend even though it is grey and damp.

My wife sent me a nice pic yesterday of the front clearing through.

Yet to reach here sadly, will be dark before long too.

Dull and the mist/murk even dropped back in here for a time till the cloud lifted a bit.  Dry though.

Still grey and murky here. But starting to see the cloud breaking ever so slightly.

Was out a while ago and it is calm and dull, reminded me of some childhood days where I just stayed in and read a book.  Dry and not cold.

We were lucky, got none of the showers, although it did turn dark and grumbly around 3PM. :)

Mist is starting to settle in here, standard November weather.

Rapidly thickening fog in the High Wycombe/Amersham area a couple of hours ago, a vague haze here in London now. Not cold in either.

Morning

Foggy start to the day here, it was raining when I went to bed last night and signs it rained at some point into the night, very damp out and rather cooler.

Morning all, back here for my winter season! I hear this just could be the start of a possible cold spell end of Nov beginning of Dec. Weather sites and forums seem to be getting very excited this morning. Still looks very slim tho, but at least there's a hint as not once did it happen last year.

I won't get too excited just yet, as Met Office 30 days still say above normal temps,

Typical November morning here in West Norwich foggy at present 6.5 c

A few showers coming in off the coast already this morning. From previous experience, these sorts of setups can bring a lot of rain to these parts. Had a few flooding events here in the past few years where showers/rainfall has come off the north sea. Those showers coming in at the moment are pretty heavy and slow moving.

No rain here, just damp, dull and misty, looks like the theme for the day too.

Steady rain here now for the past hour. If my memory serves me correctly this is the third Sunday on the trot now that has been wet......no chance of giving the lawn its final cut for the year. More than happy to relax infront of the fire though :)

Ahh if rain is moving in I may have to get myself motivated then and out the door as I need to get places and do stuff.

Just finish this cuppa first though...

Rain is pretty heavy here now. 4mm/hr. Looks to be here the rest of the day now. On the plus side it's filling my pond up. On the down side it will probably be the first time this year that the river is over and the village is cut off (happens three or four times most years)
