A guess of 6.5*C please. A mild or warm start with a possible much colder end... with hopefully the odd snowfall thrown in!

I'm going place some faith in the OPI  and go for below average months through the winter period starting with

5.7c November please.

Pleasantly tempting to go with you on that one.... waiting to see if the models start showing signs on what the OPI is signaling towards....Don't want to say it too loud :whistling:

holding back just for now!

Going for a slightly higher than average 7.5C. Maybe the odd cold shot towards the end but it looks like west/south westerly winds will dominate. We might also see a drier interlude (5-7 days). Otherwise it looks quite unsettled.

A wild stab in the dark ... 5.0c I expect a cold month, dominated by northerly winds. Frosts, in abundance and some snowfalls for Scotland, Ireland and Northern England, for those above 100-150m. I expect early in the month for it to be quite unsettled and as we progress it will become chillier but drier. :)

I don't think nov is going to be anything acceptional this time round. I do think that it would get cold as we head to wards the end of the month. For me 7.1c. Thanks.

6.9 For me. A mild first half with a trend towards slightly below average temps towards the end of the month.

7.7c.....imagine I'll need to mow the lawn for a bit longer yet, but I'm saving the record breaking low averages for Dec and Jan.

I'm seeing quite a mild November in the main thanks to a strong trough feature positioned to our west, my guess is 7.7 degrees. However, temporary cold conditions are likely in the north, and the end of the month could see a marked cooldown for all. In the unsettled wet conditions southern parts in particular will be very mild at times.

Also foresee a very wet November.

Would love to say we will see lots of foggy frosty weather, but once again apart from the tail end of the month, frost will be reserved for the north in the main.

I've been woeful this year with my CET estimates.. hope to do much better in 2015.
