Y'all ready for this....

"There have not been any tornadoes reported yet in March 2015. The last time this occurred was in 1969.

2015 and 1969 are the only years in the official records since 1950 with no tornadoes in the March 1-16 period."

Saving itself????

I hope so...

"We are in uncharted territory with respect to lack of severe weather", said Greg Carbin, SPC's warning coordination meteorologist. "This has never happened in the record of SPC watches dating back to 1970."

Just checked with Ian and as you're on the payment plan Ben there's no final invoice as such, so you'll not be sent one in this batch.

Only 8 weeks n counting. Everytging is done. Holiday paid. Flight booked. Hotel booked. Travel insurance done. Now just waiting for the $ to start climbing again. Currently 1.44 to a pound. This time last year it was 1.65 to a pound.

I noticed there was info about luggage on the info pack, are there size limits to what we can take then? I was just intending on taking a standard suitcase to go in the hold.

It's not really a limit as such Nick, most airlines allow 23kg, plus hand luggage so it's hard to bring too much gear.

Having soft luggage just makes it a bit easier to load the cars each day as we play 'bag Jenga' in the morning to get everything loaded and then the hand luggage bags/camera bags on top for easy access.

Ah cool I was planning on just going by the airline limits anyway! I need to get myself a suitcase so will go for a soft bag.
