Grim and gloomy until mid-afternoon, when it warmed up. After yesterday's waving warm-front scenario, the blue sky was welcome.

Good morning all. Dull and chilly today in Dover.

Overcast and windy here, feeling mild though (and numpty here forgot to switch off the small storage heater that was on low so very warm inside).

Cloudy start here too. Looks like staying that way as well today. Monday and Tuesday look better with lots of sunshine forecast along with warm temperatures.

It has got quite windy down here on the south east coast today, nothing like up north though.

A relatively mild day... Total borefest, stuck under cloud all day. What has been quite noticeable this month is the lack of rainfall/moisture, it is quite startling for a month commonly associated with stormy wet weather.

Waheey its nice to be back in this area again, moved back to the Isle of Wight damn I missed the place! Anyways!

 

Its a lovely sunny morning here, and also quite warm aswell, a complete contrast to all the cloud thats been around recently!

There is a bit of breeze around, but its quite a mild wind.

Lovely sunny warm morning, couldn't resist a nice walk after yesterdays cloud. In a tee shirt yet again. Very warm feeling. Woke up to the sun in my window and a warm room that felt like I'd left the heating on over night.

Not many times I've been able to head out in late October without any need for a jacket or coat.

Beautiful day in Surrey, feels more like late April.

Been a fabbo day here too, mainly clear skies allowing for copious amounts of sunshine, the wind has really eased and dry. Most of this week looks quite mild, Wednesday may be the exception there, next week hints at a return to seasonal temps if the recent output on the models is anything to go by.

Lovely sunny day all day today and felt rather warm aswell with temperatures around some of the IOW actually hitting just over 20'c!

 

Anyway closer to here the high was at 18.5'c

 

Current temperature now 15.4'c and is still clear out side, with just 1 or 2 little cumulus around

Mild today with good sunny spells..... Now the clocks have gone back and it's dark by 5.30, my appitite is whetted for our first frost. Going by the models and other forecasts might have a bit of a wait.... But if Steve Murrs prenimalary thoughts are anything to go by, it might be worth the wait.

Anyone who hasn't read it, it's a must. Great first thought based on the OPI, and other riding factors.

Yep, the birds still tweet at dawn, even though it's an hour earlier LOL. Luckily, none of the owls have started up before it got dark.
