I can hear the thunder from the storm just north of me, quite a bit of thunder to be honest, just missed me though, bugger. Oh well we had one last night I can't really complain.

Just looked on the radar and some bright echos forming north of London and headed this way :help:

The storm has passed, but the humidity levels have risen. Now uncomfortable.

Like being in Florida, but with the whistle & flute on, and without the shorts and flip-flops.

Ug.

Must be raining, M25 and A1 are buggered. Literally.

Friday, that is normal I thought?

Most days actually, but M25 junction 24 to 23 isn't normally problematical for moi.

Do not think I have ever yet managed a trip on any part of the M25 without it having "problems"

The Stanstead's junction's the worst. Whatever time of day, or night, grid-lock.

Lovely day here. The sun has now turned into brightness with the high cloud. Still very warm. Off to our local with the family now, for a nice cold beer and some dinner. A perfect way to start the weekend.

well over an hour's worth of almost constant thunder and pink lightning, shame this wasn't at night. Still the best storm here for about a hundred years :D :D

Good for you, at least people are getting their fair share this time. I only got the opportunity to see it form. It looked like an absolute beast whilst driving home.
