Well well well, I must of been in a lucky location(s) today. Seen next to no rain, yes a bit breezy and cool, but by the sounds of it other locations had a horrible wet day. I've been all over the place today. London City, SE london, back home in Rm16, then unfortunately at work in Tilbury. Oh well, we lose some and we win some. Looks like I was lucky today

Hope I'm not this fortunate when it comes to snow this winter (if we receive any)

Not looking good for snow this winter at present! :cray: Early days though!

Been out this evening and had to dig out the winter coat for the walk to village yonder, whilst I still had a thin top on under that it was needed as there was drizzle most of the evening here.

Not to bad this evening in SW Essex Jax. The breeze has dropped somewhat and is not to bad out. still dry also... Made for a comfortable and fast run. I really feel for you lot up north.... Haha ;-)

Beena good run this summer here (some significant cloud on days though), but warm most of the time, well guess this is where I adjust to living indoor not out for a few months now.

Let's hope Madden gets it right this year then lol! If you issue the same forecast every winter, you're bound to eventually hit the jack pot! :vava::lazy:

People are literally throwing toys around everywhere in the early winter thread and elsewhere.

It's all very bizarre, we have even had some people writing off winter in the snow and ice thread that I normally find a calm environment.

Nothing is even close to being a forecast right now, personally I think from the snow and ice we are closer to 2010 conditions than 2013 but this could literally change overnight.

If you want to be excited though...

This was 2010

Good post. It does emuse me when people start writing off a season. To my memory 2010 wasn't forecast to well either. Then we know what happened...

BBC weather forecasting some thunder early tomorrow morning! Lets hope they are right!.

I have been feeling quite ill today, I have had vertigo pretty badly. Two things I hate the most vertigo and a sore throat. I just had a cold as well, what is going on? :cc_confused:

Its just been on of those gloomy days here, I clocked the temperature at about 11c at about 4 but I haven't looked since.

You may have an ear infection! Have you been throwing up because of your vertigo? I thought the storms would be coming over night! Temps here were 11, then rose to 12c

Here too. The timing for the doggie walk will have to be split-second, judging by the radar. Not that they care, of course.

Very chilly in the shade this morning, lovely Autumnal blue skies with a chill in the air.

Feels like it's moving in the right direction!
