After a very foggy start this morning (and damp too) the day has really warmed up a treat and whilst the fog took an age to lift and break when it did it turned out bright and at times sunny.

Weather ladies this morning are threatening us with rain Friday and Saturday. Well I never.

 

Glorious day here now. Shame that I've seen nowt of it being stuck in work.

I think I could seriously have ago at retiring on £500,000 if someone offered me it right now. Obviously would like a mill, but half would do, I reckon.

Evening all

A nice autumanal misty / foggy start today, albeit warm. As the day went on we had plenty of warm sunshine ( shame as I was chained to my desk working, ha). Left work at six, and with the setting sun the mist started forming again. Just been out running, and it's still warm but the mist seems to be subsiding some what.

Hi Gang, Just thought I would pop in and say hello. Not been on much at all through this Spring and Summer, Really due to work and overhauling the house, Also a blip on the way with my Dad to which I will explain later, just don't want to tempt fate at the moment. Anyway weather wise not done bad at all this summer and still going good....September looking to be very dry compared to its average. Do I dare SAY the (W) WORD for the final part of the 4 seasons.....How many of you thought it was something else :whistling: ...Shame on you....lol. Will we achieve it...?..The last one the Americans nicked bleedin loads of it,Infact all of it.....I only had one jack shiver :cold: .......(frost). The rest was just wind ,rain,wind,rain...and then Wind (Gale Force) and shed loads of Rain  :wallbash: which felt like for ages.

 

Anyway speak soon all......I will keep reading your post's  as I have been. :whistling:

 

 

See you in 4 weeks for the start of a banging Winter   Shhhhhhhhhhhhhh

I'm enjoying this mild spell apart from the early morning fog !! Typical things look iffy for the weekend but atleast chance of a few thundery showers.

 

Not long to go before we start looking at 4*c and low and lamp post watching LOL although last winter was a long boring wait ;)

Not really, just a garden swing. Trying to bring a little intrigue into my otherwise mundane life.

 

Warm drive into work this morning. 17.5 degree's but misty.

Don't forgot to put the above mentioned item indoors this time, if it does rain!

 

 

It's now covered. Probably now for the winter.

A dull start again here with very low cloud but dry, it did start to look like it was going to get a bit brighter a while ago but some dark cloud has arrived instead, mild though.

Since the cloud cleared - around 2 - it's been warm, sunny and increasingly humid-feeling.

I think some select seller do offer such things, anyway that was a number of years ago now and already moved on, poorer but a lot happier, and single life holds some great perks like peace and quiet, no what to watch, where to go or what to do, plus stuff stays where I left it now which is nice.

 

Still no sunshine here either, this cloud looks like it will linger on.
