I love thunder snow too, it's a shame it is so rare here. Think it was 2003 the last thunder snow! :(

I did see a flew flashes from it in the end and my camera failed to capture another forked line across the sky.At least I got to see something.I see brighter sky coming now.

I saw a forked line too, quite early on in the storm, MK direction. Looked like the end of the world encroaching!

Just a few spots of rain here, lovely dark cloud. It just circled round me, then built up

A cell heading towards me looked promising, but as usual, it crumbled to pieces and the main bit went to the SE leaving me with nothing! :cray: :cray: :cray: This keeps happening this summer, I wonder why? :cc_confused: :cc_confused: :cc_confused::unknw: :unknw: :unknw:

I watch storms all the time go round me then get bigger once out of my area, happening today. *kicks storm shield*

I am not aware of a storm shield around here! My house maybe?

There is another big dark cloud forming to my west, let's see if this does the splits too!

After a short storm late this morning, we now have pretty constant but fairly distant rumbles of thunder every 20 seconds or so. I don't remember having had a summer of storms quite like this one.

Storm no.18

This year has been very productive, I thought the skies looked a bit moody this morning but I didn't think it would come to much!! Oh how I was wrong.

just had few rumbles of thunder in central London.  raining but not torrential.  had quite a lot of thunder this summer but nothing i would call majorly loud or continuous.

I've come to the conclusion it's me.

When I'm at home they have storms where I work, and when I'm at work they have storms at home.

A couple of hefty looking clouds to the east and west, but seem to be going away rather than to my location.
