It's listening to the rain falling at night that is relaxing! I have all my windows open! Is that rain on the radar heading towards you or the SE in general? We're supposed to have a cold snowy winter this year, lots of beer drinking to come!

Looking forward to that... okay i think we have some quite severe rain thats gonna cover whole of s/e... wind is getting uand rain is thrashing down now ...=-O

Okay ! Thanks Loopydreamer, although I don't think flooding will be an issue here in Nw london, looks like the real heavy stuff is with you and the more eastern side of the region!

Flip that's one big zone of rain for the SE...Oops wrong thread?Evening and goodnight.

We are hogging all the rain tonight lol!

Don't let the mods see you say that, they'll give you one of those cool warning points :p

It seems that for Sunday the BBC are saying just blustery with rain being the main feature, others on this forum saying otherwise.... So basically no one knows Posted Image

Also I have family who are flying in Sunday evening to Gatwick, what do the reckon the winds will be like here on Sunday???

Thanks in advance for the help Posted Image

Ah okay thanks. What's the general idea on the potential winds though, am I right in thinking on the currently most likely track 20-25 mph with 35-40 gusts, or am I completely wrong

We're still bashing the old meto/beeb over here are we? I'd hoped you'd all managed to grow up! :p wishful thinking eh?

Meanwhile... Very wet out there, lots of surface flooding in the way back from Hatfield.

I didn't know that being negative towards the met/beeb was indicative of age  :fool:

Anyway going to bed now with the window open  :cold:  :good:

Must have missed all posts we get on here when they're both correct though! xD

Couple of hours max before the back clears through the west of the region.

Just heard the sound of police sirens, lots of police cars at the bottom of our road and I can make out a car off road... Weather related perhaps
