Looks like a mostly dry day today, maybe an isolated shower. Some weak cape during the mid/late afternoon so there is the chance of a heavy downpour with thunder.

Temperatures

Probably 22-25C, maybe a 26C in any sunnier areas.

Very quiet in here. In fact it feels like a deja vu of yesterday. CS posts at 7:56 and no-one then posts till the afternoon!

 

A bright day here, with lots of high cloud, but pleasant enough and much more pleasant than tomorrow morning will be.

Nice morning, cloudier afternoon, high of 23C, a reasonable day. Again 25C was reached somewhere in the region.

As you said, wonderful. Thanks.Turquoise sea, yellow sand, the full caribbean experience.Complete contrast between the rich and poor areas though.Went on an island tour and when we stopped at certain areas it was as if we were the "rich foreign holiday makers" being put on display.Would recommend it to anyone.Didn't quite get the golden brown tan though mind. There could be some thundery showers tomorrow afternoon after the rain clears

Not much tonight though, just rain , temperatures loo decent (23-26 or maybe 27C), so there is definitely a decent chance of sparking off some sharp showers tomorrow afternoon

So I take it the weekend could be a bit blowy with rain, perhaps heavy? Don't get as excited about just wind and rain, although I do keep an eye on it. The storms in the winter cut our power off for 12 hours and we lost a fridge full of food,

A cooler spell would be much appreciated, it's been sunny and warm for ages, the tube has been awful for weeks now!

Morning all, cloudy and damp start here, but how long will it last

The rain should clear by the afternoon to leave sunshine and showers

Still the chance of some of these showers being thundery.

Temperatures should widely hit the mid twenties if we could get some decent sunny spells.

Hello all. Surprised no one has posted more on here.. Maybe im in the wrong thread. Staying in Chichester last night and wow how torrential was that rain last night. I got a radar grab at about 1230 to 1am and most of south central England covered in yellow .. Well at least I feel happier I didn't water the garden lady night! Although I do feel abit more jaded having been woken up.

Woke up to the heavy rain around 1:30am, lay in bed listening to it for a while before drifting off to sleep. Was very soothing, I've always liked the sound of rain at night in summer. Hopefully the model outputs will improve for Aug, looks pretty crap at the moment!

Was in Northwood today! Nice to use the tube going out of London, instead of heading underground, much more pleasant! Still warm and sunny though, the forecast cool down has never quite happened for London! 26.1c!
