If the BBC graphics are to be believed on the latest News 24 forecast, looks like a line east from the Wash down to Portsmouth looks like getting little in the way of storms. ESTOFEX says the opposite.

The Mesoscale that hit the South-East a few hours ago wasn't forecast by the BBC either. This is a highly dynamic situation, pay 0 attention to any TV forecast graphics, or internet based ones for that matter.

Pay attention to radars and lightning detectors.

Worst camcorder I've ever used, it's my brothers. Couldn't focus on my own damn hand!

Holy s,.t the infrared on sat24 shows 3/4 clumps merging over Northern France ...could be interesting !

Those storms which were setting Le Mans to Normandy alight are now mid Channel heading due north. Perhaps I better get some kip now as in a few hours they're going to wake me up. We're going to have some fun around 5–6 am.
