Dean Smith would be good for them plays good attacking football, so hopefully Villa will get Allardyce 😁

Dean Smith and Big Sam are both from the area as well so it would be a good fit for the pair of them

Chant at the Hawthorns today...

Rotterdam or anywhere,
Liverpool or Rome,
Now they're throwing cabbages,
Cabbages at homeeeeeee,
Cabbages at home.

Either of the Alans at Villa for me - Pardew or Irvine.

Good to see a manager move to a smaller club

A big loss for Brentford without doubt

A brilliant afternoon for Boro with Leeds and West Brom both losing

Even if Sheffield UTD win or draw we'll still be 2nd

👍

Crazy unpredictable division so far this year. After latest round of games Leeds back on top, an outstanding away win for Derby (and equally bad home defeat for West Brom), and a good away win for Forest. Form teams currently probably Derby, Brum, QPR and Norwich, with West Brom, Boro and Sheff Utd stuttering, and Brentford and Villa struggling (ironically). But it'll probably all look different again by the end of this Saturday's set of fixtures..............

Wouldn't be surprised if we've seen the best of Brentford now they might not be the same with Dean Smith gone

Ipswich sack Paul Hurst after they moved to the bottom of the Championship last night

Boo, he was doing such a cracking job too. Looked like finally getting them out of the Championship. They seem to think Lambert is coming in.

I heartily wish him the worst of luck and hope he has a thoroughly terrible time.

And that he continues where he left off, at Norwich?
