Nice surprise to wake up to. It's not much, but there's still plenty more showers on the radar!

Met office revised their snow warning. Expires in 1 hour was initially fc to expire at 3pm tomorrow. As we know snow totals were reduced by 7-9cm yesterday too. I think next winter they would be better off waiting until the day before they expect snow to issue to a warning. They have modified and changed their warnings more than even this winter

Next Monday looks snowy. Another pm blast but better thickness and colder uppers. I didnt personally check the charts on phone but that's what I gathered from the model page. Those longing for spring may have wait a while yet

The winds have been sounding fierce the last few hours, and we've even had some lightning! Very interesting day weather-wise anyway. Perhaps a return to snowy showers again later tonight.

Some snow showers here last night and this morning, which left some wet snow on the cars and a bit on the grass etc. Felt rather bitter out in the wind today ,max temp 5.8c.

A very respectable thunder and lightning display to my north west here at the moment, best since last summer.

Just had a proper snow shower, patchy dusting but didn't last long enough. Was expecting a bit of sleet today but not that. More from that the previous snow warning and none in place atm

Couple of hefty snow showers passing through. Snow lying on all surfaces.
