Mornin each. Happy Birthday Luke. Hope you have a wonderful day.

It's lovely and sunny here albeit a tad chilly in the shade. Just been down to the marina and with all the bright boats and sparkling water, it looks stunning. :) Then a walk round Alexander Park where the birds are busy nesting and singing. Beautiful and so uplifting.

Hope you all have a good day. :)

Happy Birthday Luke. Have a great weekend.

Sorry for my no-shows of late. Been exceptionally busy and not been online.

Weather here is sunny, breezy and cloudy. Does feel chilly today.

As much as I love it, I really don't want to see any of the white stuff for the sake of nature. So many beautiful blossoms out now.

Have a fabulous day!

I got home last night after a night out and woke this morning to find myself on the floor naked, the windows wide open and my phone still lodged in my hand. Needless to say I have definitely felt the colder weather after all that. Posted Image

Afternoon all

Have finally arrived at the start of my three day weekend (sadly cashless so it will be a frugal three day weekend), and hope to sort out some more of my old stuff that I am planning to put into the carboot pile for this years (still waiting for the better weather to get here first though before I do the actual carboot), was hoping for calmer conditions (and dry ) this weekend as I have a lot of my old bills/paperwork that is stored and no longer required, no way I am going to be able shred it so need to take it to the horse paddock a few miles away my family rent and have a *BIG* bonfire.

Weekend plans? well as above that needs sorting I also plan to try and finish at least one more painting (and if I do will get a photo this time before it gets put in the archive corner), also a bit more spring cleaning along with the normal weekly chores and at some point will wander to the next village and see my folks (I have to set up my mothers Kindle anyway).

On the drive home whilst stuck in the school (no)rush traffic there was a sudden and quite hefty downpour, did not last long though, day here had shown mainly sunny spells until then, rather brisk out though in the wind and feeling a lot cooler than of late out there (glad I am inside for much of this weekend now as little need required to be out for me).

What ever your doing today and indeed over the weekend, I hope it is enjoyable Posted Image

And happy birthday Luke, another trip round the sun safely completed :good:

Just had another hefty shower here, it was hammering against the back house windows, luckily I am in for the day anyway.

Are you all watching pointless? (about to go and make a fish finger lunch and then watch the news)

Tornado/Funnel Cloud maybe? I couldn't get a decent picture because I do not have a decent camera.

Spotted this first due south of my location it went behind a row of houses and then popped up there.

Thoughts?

Hey all - little quiet in here tonight

Looks to be a cold week indicated from the above looks like a cold pool has developed over us.. Usually its residing to our west, you couldn't make it up.. Its all to late to amount to anything.

6.9C the windows are not open tonight ;) thermals and hot chocolate at the ready :cold:

Wind picked up here. Noise reminds me of 2-3 months ago. Thankfully not to the same intensity, but the sound still is a bit scary.

Night all.

Be grateful - would you rather scroll through the nonsense in the MAD thread?

Looking at tomorrow's forecast, I'm quite glad my shift conducting on a proper old Routemaster bus tomorrow has been postponed. That open platform at the back is not the warmest place to be.
