no worries Posted Image  ....... If there's one area that this particular thread stands out in, it's the community spirit shown by the vast majority of posters here, something that sadly seems to be missing more and more these days in the 'physical' world as such. ......all the best Posted Image

I Think the community spirit here is both the highest and the best I have ever seen on a forum, we are more family then just friends (why we get upset when the delete tool gets waved at us ;-) )

Still not been out, think it has stopped raining from earlier though, feels nippy and running the fan heater before I go to bed.

lol.........I'm a meak, mild mannered host who would never dream of waving the delete tool at anyone..Posted Image

(Actually, that's a total lie, my post count reads 7000ish when the reality is I've made 30,000 but self deleted 23,000 of them, and gave myself warning points and a temporary suspension for being off-topic......me? over zealous? Posted Image )

oh yeah, the weather....well, can't see much, it's dark Posted Image

Good Morning everyone,

A cloudy morning here in Springfield, but hopefully the sun will break through later. Yesterday was a funny sort of day. When the sun was out and where shelter was afforded from the strong breeze it felt quite pleasant, but when out in it I felt chilly.

Off topic, when it comes to computers I am not the brightest spark! Is it something that I have done or has the Netweather format changed over the past few days? The reason I enquire is that I can no longer see the "Like" option at the foot of the posting. Any advice would be appreciated.

Many thanks

Kind Regards

Dave

Morning all. Cloudy to start here. Hopefully it will brighten up.

Also can 20C be reached again? Certainly possible

The model thread: ''...if you dont post all year you are not a true weather enthusiast...''

Am already a weather God so I can zap the miserable buggers later.

Not bad out there this morning.

 Morning Dave, morning all,

The 'like' button has changed in that now if you like a post, you click on the green squared box that has the arrow pointed upwards.

As for the weather, it's really quite cold and cloudy here this morning.  I came out in a cardiagan in the hope that the sun comes out later and warms things up a bit.  Fingers crossed, or it's going to be a cold walk back to Waterloo East Stn this evening...

Morning all. :)

Cloudy and breezy here too. Hopefully we'll have sunshine later. I'll feel disappointment if it doesn't happen.

Afternoon each. Dull and chilly here. I want more Spring like weather...not dull and boring stuff. And certainly NOT snow or sleet.

Have a good day, everyone. :)

Yeah the forecast seems a bit off for today, still dull and cool without even a hint of blue sky so far. 19C and sunny seems a long way off but we'll see what the afternoon brings

Yes Steve, same here in Reigate although in the last half hour or so the brightness has increased and the sun has just about forced its way through - a bit late for my liking though.

Afternoon all

Well after a dull and rather cool start it has turned into a brighter (but still cool) day, breeze is not so bad though but still makes it feel cooler than it is.  At least it has remained dry (so far) which is handy as I need to nip out quickly in a short while.

Hope your all having improving day's as well :)

Disappointingly dreary day, the cloud will not budge.

The temperature is 13c not extremely mild, the BBC tends to overdo the temps by some several degrees,

Many times we're forecasted lows of ie. 2c and it ends up much colder, does greenery have a influence?

Im right next to a Woodland and several big Parks - have a lovely day locals :good:

OH RESULT!

whilst walking back from town I popped into the library...

...they have just got Gravity in on DVD, know what I am watching tonight :) (even got a bottle of some cheat nasty stuff on the way home, well money is tight this end of the month)

Turned rather mild out in the sun this afternoon.

Where abouts in SE London are you Daniel?

Now if it was like this this morning it would have been a lovely day, unfortunately the cloud has broken too late in the day.
