Posted Image It’s foggy again – it seems patchier and not as dense here in this part of MK as last night but please all take extra care on the roads first thing……

 

Allow extra time for your journey so that you can drive as slow as is necessary to be safe, leave extra space between you and the vehicle in front of you, and of course use your headlights and if necessary your fog lights to ensure you can be seen by others. Similarly if you're cycling please do make sure you have adequate lights for your bike and wear hi-visibility clothing to help drivers to see you....

Morning all, misty in Dartford with a slight frost on the shed roof, nice that its lighter in the morning now, really noticed it this morning.

POETS day today, so unfortunately I got to work from home as the car going in for its service. Been a busy old week, with continuous meetings, so payback day as I got a whole week worth of quoting / designing / drawings to catch up on, but at least I got the weekend to do this work in as well, no football for me tomorrow as we got Millwall away, and to be honest I fancy living to Sunday. Thinking about suggesting to she who must be disobeyed that perhaps we deserve a nice meal on Saturday, might suggest go to that place at Ruxley again, she loved her fish and the T bone weren't too bad, licks his lips and dribbles remembering the mushroom and fillet steak starter.

Think I better get on, just to say the vis ability has deteriorated here, so obviously the fog is very patchy out, so be careful out there. Hope you are all fit and well, and enjoy yourselves today, have a good un. Just to show how patchy it is out there within twenty minutes of saying its deteriorated out there, it's now a beautiful sunny morning, must be a record for me, for being so much on topic, wonder if I will get a gold star :-).

Morning all!  Currently 4.7c here and my weather station is predicting rain.  How dare it?!

 

We have three birthdays in our region today. Happy birthday to Yamkin!, Pinball Wizard and Bombheads.  Hoping that you all have a great day. :)

 

Today my youngest daughter has an appointment at the Orthodontist where she is being moulded for her first brace...yikes!  And...I pick my bike up from the bike shop after it's repair.  So yeah, bound to rain from here on, isn't it. Posted Image

Extremely foggy this morning, far worse than yesterday despite what the traffic reports are saying, visibility down to 30-40m in places. Actually missed my turn off on the motorway which has led me to bring 20 minutes late for work!

Whereas here it's bright and sunny from the get-go, unlike yesterday when it took till lunchtime to clear. I woke at 5.50am and it was getting light already and could see the blue sky above the mists which were lurking in the valley below us. Chilly, mind, at 1.6c. Hope everyone has a great POETS day.

Morning Gang,

 

Patchy pea soup on my route to Stanmore down the A1 this morning. Not too bad in town although I cant see the top of the Shard which is no surprise. Looks like its going to burn to leave a nice pleasant Poets day........

Mornin each from a foggy, chilly Ippy. Slight Autumnal feel out there at the moment and temp' is only 1c. Hope sun comes out later...I am going to be busy painting the dining room. The gloomiest room in the new house.
