It really depends. Snow will most likely be confined (annoyingly) to over the hills, but it could spread to lower levels for a time. I would only expect a dusting at best, not 30cm of snow!

I live on a hill and your welcome to any snow I get this weekend. It's free but you must collect.

I've only got one ,could bring transit tipper as well if that helps !!....

By the time the usual downgrades come along a Transit will be enough, and maybe a wheelbarrow for good measure.

Thank you very much, I appreciate that! :)

If I'd have known that snow would have been so rare this winter I'd have stuck last March's dumping in the freezer and then put it on ebay.

Fail to see how this weekends cold spell could even be described as cold temps around 8-9c that is not cold

in my book.ok yes the temps will drop in any heavey showers perhaps producing some hail or sleet to low

elevations, even so nothing at all to get excited about, roll on some nice settled warm weather

Same here, if it ain't going to be a snow event to remember then forget it.Not interesting in cool days with a chance of something wintry on the highest tops at this time of year.Sooner have dry and a bit of warmth in the sun to allow the chance of a bit of outside work.

Good Morning North West folks. Dry and bright but overcast this morning. When I woke up about 6am it was very 'yellow' out there

keep a look out for the small feature heading west-east Friday night this small system could produce a very

brief covering of snow for some Saturday morning (and not just high ground)

even mentioned by the METO on there lunchtime forecast

Not been to bad a day here.

Dry morning, wet afternoon and a bit breezy but nothing major and fine since tea time.

Could do with a dry weekend to get some outside jobs done but not looking a good bet.
