Mornin each. It's a lovely morning here. Very little breeze and a milky blue sky. I was up at 5:30 and it was such a treat to hear the soft, melodious fluting of a Blackbird. Didn't have many garden birds in old place, only gulls and although I miss their raucous racket, I love hearing our other feathered friends. :)

Hope you all have a good day and can enjoy the early Spring sunshine. :)

Morning all!  A cold 2c according to the car on the school run this morning.  Foggy here too which hasn't lifted yet.  Currently showing 6.3c in my back garden but feels colder than that still.

Today I'm going to a fancy dress store to order something for a convention I'm going to in May.  Needs to be on the theme of London Underground stations, and I have a few ideas.  It's going to be as much fun choosing as going I think. :D

My daughter is returning to school after Easter part time and hopes to be back to full time schooling come the end of May.  So I'll also be returning to work and job hunting around that time.  Perhaps we should combine our talents and start up our own company. :D I'll run the creche whilst you good folk bring in the money. :D

In the meantime, I hope your day hots up as much as the weather is supposed to.  Have a good 'un. :)

Morning all. :)

Blue skies here, as they have been all day so far. B) The only downer is that I have a slight cold; the first one for 2 or 3 years mind you, so I can't complain really.

Managed to 'persuade' one of the cats to use the cat flap earlier by 'posting' her through it. :-D They've never used one before so that's a good start.

Beeeeautiful sunshine here so going to take Nipper to the the park (just at the end of street) later and see if there's anything worth photographing.

It's finally starting to brighten up in MK - the naughty cloud has been very stubborn and slow to burn off...

I think it's going to be too little too late for today - hopefully some higher temperatures to look forward to tomorrow ..

Still sunny here, but very hazy on the coast - somewhat deeper blue skies further inland. :)

I hope not to encounter this person, when I'm driving - I can remember her previous incident. Unbelievable!

Afternoon all

Well it has turned into a fantastic bright, sunny and quite warm day here, once the fog lifted it was burnt off by midday, expecting more fog tonight though.  Am going to tackle a couple of small jobs outside as I see the high haze/thin cloud is already moving in.

Hope you all are well and are having a fab day :)

What a lovely afternoon its been here. It reminds me of this time of the year in 1976, then we had that long, hot, save-water-bath-with-a-friend summer. :) Bet I've put the mockers on it now. :O

Hope you're all enjoying the sun.

Good afternoon all. It took a few hours but the sun finally broke through the clouds and it's now a very respectable 15.1c, mostly sunny, just the odd few whispy high clouds.

Reading back on some of the earlier posts, I sincerely hope my recent posts have not been misinterpreted or misunderstood in way. I would be very disappointed if that were the case.Posted Image

Anyways, back to positivity, I hope you are well......more of this weather please. Posted Image

Hope you're all enjoying the sun.

I was a wee rugrat then, all I remember is a hot day on the east coast :)

Oddly was telling work mates (all younger than me) about the 3 day week (was even younger and only thanks to some photos do I recall anything about it), had to send them a wiki link on it as they did not believe me about it.

Must get out in the warm sunshine :)

Afternoon all, Well lovely day really and has not been at all bad since Friday last week. Have not been on for a couple days, Due to strict orders from the Boss at doing the whole house up. So starting from Bedroom 1 at the moment should be finished around Winter as time and the all important money permits. Weather for rest of the week not looking bad at all.

Visible satellite image from this morning shows vast expanse of high pressure covering Europe!

Hey all - sure was a nice day, felt quite warm in the sunshine.

It was quite chilly in the morning, but as soon as the sun made a appearance it warmed up quickly.

Temp a respectable 12.4C, unusual for march but welcomed nonetheless.

Wow, got them jobs outside done quicker than I thought.

Still very nice and warm out there, may it continue :)

Also did a test on the car (regards the battery) and think the problem is me, or more to the point I only do short trips each day now and that is what has caused the power to drain over a shorter time than normal, have not charged it for a couple of weeks, did a test today and it went from a low point to zero on the charger in less than two minutes.
