Good morning! Showers popping up all over the place here, I'm in and out with the washing, as there was no mention of them, not a drop on the app either. :rolleyes:

Lol - It has been driving me mad! Normally, I'd check a few charts out to decipher what the weather will be but I have lots going on at the moment, so checking he app is the quickest way, it has been pointless though, I have never known such incorrect forecast icons over the past few days. I didn't have the time to post yesterday evening with my thoughts that there would be a Bristol Channel streamer this morning rather than the scattered light showers suggested by all forecasts.

 

Sure enough a streamer set up soon after midnight and kept going from roughly Weston Super Mare towards Warminster (and areas 5 or so miles either side of that zone) through until mid morning!

 

Beautiful now with scattered Cumulus moving quickly on a fresh WNW breeze.

Looks like a dry day today. . Broken cloud.  Sun  is out. 14.1c .. In the shade it's 11.4c.

It's like Summer today, obviously not temperature wise, but it is lovely and sunny and there isn't a drop of wind!

Posted Image To be honest spring is very busy time of year for me with work and after the worst winter in living memory I needed a break for a little while.

 

Now the hunt for a heat wave begins Posted Image baring an exceptionally late snow event which looks unlikely now.

Will this sunshine ever stop? I cannot remember the last cloudy day.

Currently 13℃ and blue skies, low humidity too, at 40%.

I cleaned the pond filters out last week, finally, it has turned crystal clear and the rest ofFthe garden is coming alive!

Hi guys

It been beautiful here on the Islands for quite some time now

Just want to say sorry for not being around (i sustained quite a bad injury at work, and can't drive, can hardly walk and am waiting for surgery, and having cold upon cold upon cold ontop of that and the odd chest infection thrown in grrrr lol)

I will be back soon, miss you all loads :) and the weather reporting, the banter and the laughs.

I think it was GTLTW who posted that he felt this April could be memorable. Well what a great call as this spell of sunshine is stunning! Today makes it 8 days in a row with dry and mostly sunny conditions (Saturday excepted but that was still bright/pleasant) and there are 3 more to come before the LOW turns up on Sunday.
