Do we know what stations Wunderground report from?

2.17c was reached in Farringdon not long ago, I suppose it isn't an 'official' station though

http://www.wunderground.com/global/stations/03779.html?sp=IENGLAND274

My station is reporting 19.1c where I am (Benfleet), Wunderground is reporting 20.0c for the local area, the station is around 3/4 mile from my location
